How to get help

Call our friendly appointments team on 01234 356350. We’ll help you think about whether you’d like to talk with a counsellor:

Face-to-face at one of our counselling rooms – a safe place to talk in confidence.

By webcam – perhaps if you’re short of time or it’s difficult to get to one of our locations.

By phone – perhaps as a first point of contact if it feels easier for you.
